We're looking for a strategy driven Customer Success Account Manager with a passion for influencer marketing and the digital space to help us continue to build on our triple digit annual growth.

Account Manager's duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• On-board new clients
• Develop content ideas and write and curate content
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches for influencer marketing campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Track client results, and use findings to iterate campaigns to drive client goals
• Manage client expectations, and relationships including upsell & churn conversations

AM Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant college diploma
• Strong experience with Excel
• Strong knowledge of data analysis best practices, and experience performing and presenting data breakdowns
• At least 2 years of experience in a client success OR account management role

Compensation range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
